File Format: ASCII text file delimited by commas (.csv). Note: File when initially downloaded is compressed into a self-extracting file (.exe) due to the large amount of data.

Data Availability

• T+2 basis; Example: data corresponding to the first business day of the month will be available on the third business day of the month.
• Daily trading transactions for the previous two months and the current month (up to 3 calendar months); Example: On December 17, 2008, data is available for October 1st through December 13 , 2008.

Available to self-clearing organizations that are billed for clearing trades.

• • Note: Not all firms clear their own trades and therefore are not granted access to these reports. If a firm has any clearing questions, they should contact their clearing firm. Once access is granted, each subscriber will be able to request 25 reports per month for any clearing number associated with the firm.

Regulatory Transaction Fee support files for all executions in NASDAQ-listed securities on the NASDAQ Market Center and BRUT are made available to clearing firms via a secure website on the InfoCenter web product on a monthly basis. Any clearing firm needing a secure account to access this data should email their request to Subscriber Services.
